Ed’s career spans delivering large-scale construction projects and providing consulting services for commercial and residential clients. His specialized experience in value engineering, visualizing complex problem resolution, and business management, coupled with a particular focus on best industry practices compliance and quality assurance, positions him as a unique construction expert with strong attention-to-detail and relationship-building skills. As an industry professional, he is skilled in overseeing all aspects of commercial and residential construction and large capital improvements, including commercial and condominium projects.
Ed’s ability to liaise well with building officials, architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, consultants, staff, inspectors, clients, and teams from diverse backgrounds has been prominent throughout his 30+ years of career history. He is known for mediating complex job site issues and coordinating contractors, clients, and governmental agencies to ensure uninterrupted project operations.
Ed has held various leadership positions at firms, including Construction Project Manager for Burbank Airport Authority, Quality Manager at JPL/NASA Lab in Pasadena for the building engineering department, and La Jolla Pacific, LTD. as the National Director of Field Operations for construction consulting projects throughout the U.S.

During the past 27 years in the construction industry, Tanka has provided client and project management that she has perfected to ensure that each project meets the client's needs. Her vast industry knowledge has allowed her to excel in contact control with various construction trades, sub-contractors, and specialty construction consultants.
Tanka has developed innovative marketing programs, constantly researching organizations and individuals to manage the client's expectations. She continues attending conferences, meetings, and events to learn more about the industry and how she can bring value to her clients.
